Lakeside Lumber provides free material estimates and takeoffs for any size project. Whether you are a homeowner planning a deck or a contractor bidding a full home build, we will put together a complete materials list and pricing at no charge.

When we put together an estimate, we include everything your project needs. Every door, every opener, every piece of trim and hardware — right down to the fasteners. You will know exactly what your project costs before you commit, not after you are halfway through it.
We do not do “ballpark.” When you get an estimate from Lakeside, it covers everything — materials, hardware, accessories, all of it. We want you to see the real number upfront so you can plan with confidence. No missing line items, no surprises mid-build. Just a complete estimate for your complete project.
What We Estimate
We can estimate materials for new homes, additions, remodels, garages, decks, pole barns, roofing jobs, siding projects, and anything else that uses building materials. If you have plans or dimensions, we can work from those. If you are still in the early stages, we can help you figure out what you need.
How It Works
Bring Us Your Plans — Drop off your blueprints, sketches, or dimensions at our showroom, or email them to office@lakesidelbr.com. We will review the project and put together a complete takeoff with quantities and pricing.
No Plans Yet? — No problem. If you are still in the planning stage, our team can help you figure out what you need. If the project calls for it, our in-house drafter Jamie can design and draft your plans as part of the process.
Contractor Accounts — Contractors who work with us regularly can set up an account for faster estimates, streamlined ordering, and competitive pricing. Ask us about setting up a contractor account.
