Building Material Delivery Across West Central Minnesota
Lakeside Lumber delivers building materials to job sites across west central Minnesota, throughout west central Minnesota and beyond from our yard in Ashby. We put a lot of miles on our trucks — daily runs to Fergus Falls, Underwood, Battle Lake, and the Ottertail and Pickerel Lake areas are routine. We also regularly deliver to Alexandria, Brandon, Evansville, Elbow Lake, Pelican Rapids, Perham, and surrounding communities.
Our Fleet
We operate a full fleet built to handle any size delivery:
Flatbed Dump Truck — Handles the vast majority of our deliveries. Lumber, roofing, siding, and general building materials.
Straight Truck with Piggyback Forklift — For large deliveries. Materials are placed exactly where you need them on your job site.
Semi with Piggyback Forklift — For the biggest jobs. Can haul full home packages, pole barn packages, and heavy loads.
Fifth Wheel Trailer — Large-capacity trailer for hauling whole home packages and equipment.
Bumper Mount Trailer — For steel and lumber deliveries.
Four Enclosed Trailers — Used for hauling insulation blowers, doors, windows, and trim packages. Keeps your materials protected in transit.
Pickup Truck — For smaller deliveries and quick runs.
How It Works
When you place your order, our dispatch coordinator assembles the materials in our yard and schedules your delivery. We coordinate timing with you or your contractor so materials arrive when you need them. Our drivers know how to handle building materials carefully and place them where they will be accessible and protected on your site.
What We Deliver
We deliver everything we sell — lumber, trusses, windows, doors, roofing, siding, decking, steel, insulation, drywall, concrete products, pole barn packages, and more. If it is on your materials list, we can get it to your site.
