What does Lakeside Lumber sell?
We carry a full line of building materials including lumber, windows, doors, roofing, siding, decking, cabinets, countertops, insulation, drywall, concrete and masonry supplies, hardware, tools, pole barn packages, and more. Visit our showroom or call us to ask about specific products.
Do you work with homeowners and contractors?
Yes. We work with both homeowners taking on DIY projects and professional contractors and builders. We offer retail and contractor accounts with competitive pricing.
Can you special order items you do not have in stock?
Yes. If we do not carry it in our showroom or yard, we can special order it for you. Just give us a call or stop by to discuss what you need.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm. Saturday 8:00am to noon. Closed Sunday.
Design and Drafting
How do we start the home design process?
Give us a call at 218-747-2215 or send an email to office@lakesidelbr.com to set up a meeting with our in-house drafter Jamie. Meetings can be in person at our showroom or virtual.
What types of projects can you design?
We design homes, additions, garages, sheds, pole barns, offices, and more. Residential, agricultural, and commercial projects are all welcome.
Do you produce permit-ready drawings?
Yes. Jamie produces permit-ready drawings using Chief Architect, including 3D renderings and interior and exterior views that we can project on a large screen in our showroom so you can see your project before construction begins.
Is there a fee for design and drafting?
Design and drafting services are essentially free with your material purchase from Lakeside Lumber.
Delivery
How far do you deliver?
We deliver across west central MN and beyond from Ashby, covering Fergus Falls, Alexandria, Pelican Rapids, Battle Lake, Elbow Lake, Perham, and surrounding communities across west central Minnesota.
What delivery equipment do you have?
We have a full fleet of trucks and trailers, a Piggyback forklift for placing materials exactly where you need them on your job site.
Estimates
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Material estimates and takeoffs are always free whether you are a homeowner or a contractor. Bring in your plans or give us a call to get started.
